ALL ABOVE RATES:

Includes delivery to Chicagoland locations,

(Illinois only) set-up and clean up.

Cancellations due to weather are allowed,
if made at least five hours prior to start time.
Otherwise, payment in full is expected upon arrival.

We reserve the right to cancel due to; extreme

heat, humidity, air quality, cold or wind chill.

ADDITIONAL FEES THAT MAY APPLY ARE:

1. Inside or elevator jobs add...$100.00

2. Waste removal from site add.......$50.00

    (Waste is normally bagged and left on site)

3. Add any applicable parking fees.

    (Customer is to provide parking and adjacent access for truck and trailer)

4. Additional insured per name........$25.00

    (One regular insurance certificate can be sent free of charge)
